When I was in my
early teens I made a decision
that I was going to be an artist
and nothing was going to stop
me. I wanted to become an
illustrator in the grand
tradition of N. C. Wythe and
Howard Pyle, undisputed masters
of their field. Well, things
didn't work out that way and I
ended up becoming a cartoonist
and illustrator of role-playing
games. Working a series of
mind-numbing, low wage jobs and
drawing on the side, I did
alright for a number of years.
In the mid 1990s most of the
major markets collapsed and real
life got in the way. I rarely
draw any more, due to a lack of
time and the ravages of middle
age that have effected my hands
and joints. The discovery of the
3D arts has been sort of a mixed
blessing, it allows me to still
be creative and use all of my
illustrative experience, but I
still miss creating with ink and
pen, brush and canvas. I'd still
like to have a studio one day,
but for now I'll have to settle
for the studio supplied by DAZ.

Michael 4 Complete set that I
got on a magazine DVD some time
back.The texture on the
Millinium Cat came from 3D
Commune, which has since closed.
