As for the postwork, only background and removing some shadows that were not needed, also adding the snowflakes brush.. all brushes are from www.obsydiandawn.com
The pose is combination of 2 poses both free 
Lighting by me also shader (I was hoping can go without them, but noone made pretty textures for this dress  )
